TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this carefully and understand all terms BEFORE commission me.

Show me your current character concept of your fursona for making a fursuit.
I can do anime / toony characters - human, chibi, wolf, dog, fox, cat, bear...
But I can’t do realistic animals.
If your concept is out of date, please update it before commission me.
If you don’t have one, I can do a rough sketch and colouring (add extra fee) or you can commission your favourite artists to do so. ^_^
If your character design is very highly complex, the price may be increased.
I have the rights to refuse your commission, in case it might be impossible.

Once you pay 30-50% deposit for ordering materials from shops or shop online, I will start work.
I can accept monthly payment or full payment.
You must keep in mind that your payment is required because of my hardworks + time + health.
When you are on monthly payment, if you have any trouble in your budget for various reasons, I can wait until you can continue to pay me before I proceed.
I can accept Paypal, Bank Online, ATM, Cash Deposit, Western Union or COD (Malaysian).
When your payment is fully made, I can send your fursuit via mail delivery to you or meet up.
The price is negotiable - depending on designs, cost of materials and shipping.
If you cancel your commission at last minute, then I will sell it to someone else.

Sorry, no refund will be entertained after the required materials are bought or halfway work efforts are done.

If parcel has been held at Customs, you (customer) need to pay extra tax fee to travel from Seremban to Pos Malaysia International Hub (next to KLIA) or Pos Laju Office, Senawang in Seremban.
The customs won't release the parcel to me without paying the tax and will return it back to the original vendor from USA. Hope you will understand my position and Thank you.
If we were lucky, no need to pay this extra tax customs.

I have tried to paint on fur fabrics for testing but it’s not very good and it will come off.
You can paint with an airbrush for fursona’s marking by yourself.
Keep in mind that furs are not 100% match colour for your fursona.

It depends but I can’t accept collabs with other makers for resin eyes or other features because we have different methods and styles.

I can’t accept to change my style into another maker’s style because we have our different drawing styles.

I can finish a plushie within a few weeks, however depends on your payment.
I cannot promise for any deadlines but I will try my best.
Any delay on my time due to my health problems and family’s commitments will be within my rights.

I have my dog in my room and if you are allergic with dogs, please commission someone else.

If you feel not confident to buy a fursuit, please let me know.

The price does not include shipping cost, depending on where you stay within Malaysia or overseas.
Any loss in the mail will not be my responsibility since it is beyond my control.
We can meet up for testing, measurement of your head/arms or receive your fursuit. Please let me know so I can plan for meeting at Midvalley (KL), Furmeet, Anime Conventions or my home at Seremban.

It cost extra per fix due my hardwork effort and time.
All plushies are 100% homemade by my own hands. It might have flaws sometimes.
I can fix your plushie within 60 days warranty (Except overseas)
When the 60-day warranty expired and your suit still has problems, I can guide you on how to fix it. ^_^
If we are far away, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your suit to me for fixing and then returning it back to you.

I’m sorry for not doing it for free since I am earning my living on it.
Please be polite and you must respect my works.
If your behaviour shows that you want to take advantage or bully on makers like me and I will add your name on the blacklist.
I understand if your complaints about money problem or the suit is expensive, you must get a job and earn money for saving. It’s really worth it.
Please do not steal your parents/guardians’ credit cards without their permissions. They don’t trust you after what you have done for the rest of your life. =(
If you abuse or threaten me for making your suit faster, it may end with bad results.
